CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Floating Word Press guarantees every item we sell. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order – cancellations must be made prior to shipment for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with any book purchased, just return it within 30 days for an immediate exchange or refund.

To return an item, just ship the item back to us and enclose a note explaining why you are returning the item(s). If you have your order number/invoice number, please reference the number on your note. If not, please include your name and address information so we can locate your original order.

Returns of credit card purchases are credited back to your credit card if the information is still valid. Returns of merchandise paid for with credit cards no longer valid or paid by check or other means are normally credited back to your FWP account toward future purchases unless a check refund is requested.

Wholesalers and Book Retailers – we offer an industry standard 12-month refund policy for Overstocks. All books must be in undamaged, saleable condition upon receipt at Floating Word Press in order to receive credit. Your return will be applied to your account against future purchases or any previous balance and may not be refunded in cash or other remuneration. (All shipping charges must be prepaid to FWP.)

Shipping & Handling Policy:
We offer a variety of shipping options and competitive rates to meet your needs. All orders ship within 48 hours after we get them unless merchandise is out of stock. Because we try to keep all our offerings in stock, backordered items are the exception, not the rule. Shipping & handling fees are based on the size of your order and the speed at which you wish to receive it.

Terms and Conditions:
Invoices are due and payable in thirty days (30) from the first of the next month after the date of the invoice.
Discounts will be forfeited if accounts are not paid within ninety days (90) of due date.
Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on delinquent accounts.
For orders of fifty-dollars ($50) or more please supply the names of your three largest publishing accounts, plus one bank reference.
Shipping charges will be added to all credit card orders.
Special-handling requests must be received in writing with the order.
Special discounts or payment schedules are not available.
